What is On-Track?
The On-Track program is a comprehensive system designed to support teachers and children in early childhood inclusive environments and to satisfy federal regulations. The components of the On-Track program enable teachers to assess an individual child’s strengths and needs both at school and at home, to discover family priorities, to plan an educational program for the child, to implement individualized therapeutic programs, and to monitor progress. Copyrighted in 1994 and published under Sopris West, On-Track is no longer available in print.
